These eggs were laid by the heritage hens who spend their days foraging on fresh pastures at PK’s Four Brothers Farm, around which they are rotated once every 48 hours. They will serve for eggs any style, baked goods, frittatas, quiches, cured yolks, but ideally not egg tosses.
